Top SchoolVaishnav Menon is a founder and software engineer with nine years of experience building production-grade infrastructure, platform, and automation systems across adtech and finance. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he currently leads Kado, a startup that models business workflows to identify where AI agents provide provable ROI and process safety before deployment, and also runs TrustD. Prior to founding companies he owned LG Ad Solutions’ infrastructure platform, driving cloud migration of 1500+ servers, petabyte-scale backups, and stabilizing systems at 100k+ QPS. He has a strong full-stack and DevOps background from internships and freelance work, with hands-on experience across Kubernetes operators, secrets management, and distributed testing platforms. Vaishnav pairs product-facing curiosity (he still “might code some more today”) with a track record of turning fuzzy operational problems into measurable, auditable solutions. His early leadership in collegiate debating and event organization hints at an ability to scale teams and programs under pressure.
