Senior🎓
Top SchoolValentin Bru is a DevSecOps and CyberSOC engineer based in Paris with nine years of hands-on experience bridging cybersecurity, software development and cloud operations. At Orange Cyberdefense he has moved from vulnerability research and automation to building Azure Sentinel detections and SOAR playbooks, often developing Python tools and fine-tuning small language models to accelerate analyst workflows. Comfortable across the stack, he has implemented CI/CD, microservices and embedded device security automations, and has international exposure from a semester in Malaysia. Curious and pragmatic, Valentin combines threat analysis with practical engineering—automating repetitive tasks and turning vulnerability data into actionable security bulletins. Outside work he keeps a wry hacker’s skepticism — “never trust a computer you can’t throw out a window” — that surfaces in his focus on resilient, auditable systems.
