Top SchoolValentin Fries is a software engineer based in Paris with 11 years of experience building resilient, cloud-native backend systems primarily in Java and Kotlin. Comfortable in both hands-on coding and technical leadership, he practices TDD, pair/mob programming and advocates Clean Code, DDD and hexagonal architecture. His recent work at BlaBlaCar and SNCF combined feature-flipping at scale, performance testing, and IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes) to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
