Senior🎓
Top SchoolVanessa Ramos is a Back End Developer with 13 years of experience building web applications across Python/Django, Node.js, and full-stack JavaScript ecosystems. Currently at Suggestic, she focuses on Django, GraphQL and ElasticSearch to deliver scalable backend services, drawing on prior roles implementing Angular frontends and AWS-enabled systems. Her career spans startups and product teams where she moved between front-end frameworks (Angular, AngularJS) and server-side stacks (Rails, PHP, CakePHP), giving her a practical full-stack perspective. Based in Tacna, Peru, she brings a disciplined engineering background from Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann and a proven ability to ship end-to-end features. Colleagues value her for bridging backend performance concerns with frontend usability, a skill honed by frequent context-switching between layers. She quietly blends pragmatic engineering with steady long-term ownership of backend platforms.
