Senior🎓
Top SchoolVasile Vilvoiu is a senior software engineer based in Bucharest with 11 years of experience building RDBMS, kernel/OS-level systems, and computer vision solutions. He has moved between deep-systems roles (AWS kernel work, RDBMS at Arnia and NuoDB) and applied research in computer vision, combining C/C++ performance engineering with Python and OpenCV expertise. Currently at Arista Networks, he brings low-level systems instincts to networking software while maintaining a taste for "nuts'n'bolts" problems and flowing electrons. Vasile’s background includes leading a computer vision team and hands-on contributions to database internals, reflecting a rare blend of systems-level rigor and applied research.
