Top SchoolVedant Roy is a Member of Technical Staff based in San Francisco with a decade of hands-on experience building production AI and developer tooling. He has shipped end-to-end systems from mobile apps with hundreds of thousands of installs to scalable model training and inference pipelines—most recently leading the open-source release and scaling of Mochi 1 for Genmo. As a co-founder and OSS maintainer he’s contributed performance-critical fixes (notably speeding up a quantized Triton matmul by 45%) and built popular TypeScript tooling (typecheck.macro) used in the ecosystem. Comfortable across Python, PyTorch, Rust bindings, Node/React and low-level performance work, he blends product instincts with deep systems know-how and a track record of turning research-grade models into usable software.
