Web3 Developer at Self-employed
Bulgaria
Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolVeliko Minkov is a Web3 developer with 11 years of software engineering experience, blending deep backend systems knowledge with hands-on smart contract development. He has led teams and shipped production blockchain products—from authoring multiple ERC-20 tokens and a turnkey ICO platform to building a Substrate-based Aave-like lending protocol and unit testing tools for The Graph. A pragmatic problem-solver, Veliko moves between Rust, Solidity, Java and infrastructure tooling to deliver end-to-end solutions and has served as both founder and senior engineer across startups and consultancies. He pairs developer leadership (lead engineer roles and board membership in a Bulgarian entrepreneurship association) with practical ops experience—CI/CD, testing automation and high-scale Java backends. Based in Bulgaria, he’s comfortable translating research-grade ideas into auditable, production-ready systems and enjoys tackling hard integration problems that span payments, tokens and distributed ledgers.
