Senior🎓
Top SchoolVen Chen is a Product Design Director based in Helsinki with eight years of international experience in UX, service and business design, currently leading product design at Savantiq while founding and directing several design ventures including Helmia and Ven & Co. Collective. She blends human-centered design theory with strategic, systems-level thinking to deliver measurable business outcomes—such as boosting Helmia’s online sales by 25% and engagement metrics soon after launch. Ven has led UX work across industries from telecoms (Nokia) to enterprise and academia, routinely turning complex ecosystems into scalable design systems and coherent product experiences. A schedule-oriented doer with a logical mind, she pairs hands-on delivery (research, prototyping, UI) with mentoring and team leadership across multidisciplinary projects. Her interests in strategic design, branding, sustainability and social psychology inform a leadership style that emphasizes vision, responsibility and inspirational collaboration. Less obvious: she cultivates a philosophical, guru-influenced personal framework that guides her approach to holistic user and service design.
