Top SchoolViacheslav Shybaiev is a seasoned CTO and founder with over two decades in IT and 11+ years focused on leading product and platform development in blockchain, AI, and cloud-native stacks. He founded Beemster Team in 2017 and now serves as fractional CTO for multiple Web3 ventures, currently driving a Web3 messaging protocol at Highphen and a creator-focused marketplace at Angelo. His background blends hands-on full‑stack engineering (Python, AWS, Angular, Solidity) with strategic product management and an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship. He has a track record of applying agile practices to distributed open-source teams, dating back to work at Status.im, and of monetization-focused advising for web products. Comfortable moving between low-level systems and business-facing decisions, he repeatedly turns complex technical concepts into commercially viable platforms. Based in Ukraine, he combines long-form software craftsmanship with startup velocity and an unusual mix of telecom, mobile-store, and blockchain experience.
