Senior🎓
Top SchoolVictor Assis is a software engineer based in São Paulo with eight years of experience building full-stack and AI-focused systems, currently developing internal tools for Crown’s BRLV digital currency. He has hands-on exposure to GenAI, data engineering, and embedded systems—ranging from porting a RISC-V core to FPGA with custom VHDL and a C HAL to implementing tumor phylogeny algorithms in C++. Victor progressed from internships in fintech and research labs to production roles at BCG X and Crown, blending applied research with product-minded engineering. Comfortable across web and low-level stacks (and with front-end experience in Angular), he brings a pragmatic, end-to-end view of systems and a knack for turning experimental prototypes into reliable tools. An entrepreneurial streak shows through founding a college startup where he handled operations and strategy while teammates coded.
