Senior🎓
Top SchoolVíctor Ayuste is a QA Lead and Release Engineer with nine years’ experience helping organizations embed quality and CI/CD practices across development lifecycles. Based in Getafe, he designs and automates integration, delivery and deployment workflows for cloud and microservices environments while mentoring teams in SCRUM to adopt test-first practices and meaningful DoR/DoD. He performs assessments, defines roadmaps and delivers trainings to move QA left so quality becomes an organizational habit rather than a final gate. Comfortable with scripting and hands-on ops, he still enjoys coding and seeks opportunities to automate and stress-test systems. His background in telecommunications engineering and early work on large platform deployments give him a practical edge in tackling complex, distributed systems.
