Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolVictor Barros is a results-driven full-stack software engineer with 7 years of experience building event-driven, high-performance APIs and integrations for fintech, travel, and SaaS products. He has shipped production services at scale using Go, Python, Node.js, C#, and cloud-native tooling across GCP, AWS, and Azure, with strong experience in Kafka/SQS-style pub/sub, Redis caching, and Postgres/Cosmos datastores. At Superhuman and HockeyStack he focused on CRM integrations and real-time enrichment that measurably improved sales workflows, while at Klutch and Stone he helped launch core APIs and worker fleets that cut fraud losses and database load. Comfortable across frontend and mobile (React, React Native, Next.js, Angular) as well as infra (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD), he blends shipping velocity with high test coverage and event-driven architecture. Based in Saint Petersburg, FL, he pairs a Master’s in MIS with an engineering background and an entrepreneurial streak—he was the first hire at a fintech startup and contributed an open-source SDK used in production. Colleagues know him for turning complex integrations into pragmatic, performance-focused solutions that free teams to move faster.
