Summary
👤
SeniorVictor Da Silva Ribeiro is a Specialist Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures, currently at Avenue Code in Brazil. He blends hands-on implementation (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Node.js/TypeScript) with architectural decision-making, observability and fault-tolerant design for data-heavy products. Previously a tech lead, he guided teams through monolith-to-microservice transitions, CI/CD practices and tradeoff-driven choices across cloud and messaging platforms. Comfortable across full-stack concerns, he also has a background in data collection, analytics systems and mobile-assisted field data workflows. Outside work he brings a curious, human-centered sensibility—interested in how technology impacts people—and balances engineering with travel, animals, movies and açaí.
