Senior🎓
Top SchoolVictor De Francisco Domingo is an Android engineering leader with 13 years of hands-on experience building and scaling mobile platforms, now managing the Android organization at idealista from Madrid. He has progressed from system-level Android work on privacy-focused Silent Circle and device integration at bq to leading feature delivery and tech evolution for a consumer app with millions of users and a 4.7 rating. At idealista he built and coached teams, implemented a release train that shortened update cadence from monthly to weekly, and delivered tooling that improved visibility and cycle time dramatically. He blends a deep curiosity for how complex systems work with disciplined, practice-driven mentorship to push technical and personal growth. Comfortable across the full Android stack—from OS frameworks to app architecture—he focuses on reliability, performance and reducing technical debt. A pragmatic builder who measures impact, he pairs engineering craft with cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions to product goals.
