Top SchoolVictor Mataba is a pragmatic full-stack software developer with eight years of experience building backend and frontend systems across Java, Kotlin, JavaScript and PHP. He has delivered production-grade applications for universities and enterprise banking—most recently contributing to NMB Bank after leading development on UDSM’s ARIS3 academic registration system. Victor combines server-side expertise (MySQL, Yii2, DHIS2 integrations) with mobile and client-side work (Android/Java, Angular) and a knack for automation using Python. He favors clean, efficient code and has a track record of improving performance, security, and user workflows through agile collaboration. Based in Dar es-Salaam, he brings both hands-on implementation skill and experience training users and teams to get the most value from deployed systems. An understated strength is his ability to bridge data synchronization and UI needs, turning complex institutional requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
