Top SchoolVictor Novy is a pragmatic software engineer from Minas Gerais with 11 years building web and API-first systems across fintech and retail platforms. Currently at Toro Investimentos (Santander), he focuses on API architecture, observability and translating product needs into reliable microservices using Node/TypeScript and C#. He has deep front-end experience with Angular and mobile frameworks from earlier roles, and a track record of supporting customers and onboarding teammates to reduce operational friction. Victor favors practical automation and instrumentation to keep services running and informed by business metrics, and seeks to apply technology to problems that remain un-digitized. His career blends hands-on implementation of both monoliths and microservices with a customer-facing mindset rooted in Brazilian enterprise contexts.
