Summary
👤
SeniorVictor Okafor is a Senior Technology Specialist and Core Systems Developer with eight years of experience building full-stack and cloud-native solutions across enterprise and startup environments. He has led architecture, cloud migrations, CI/CD and API integrations—pioneering Azure migrations, production-ready RPA, and low-code integrations during his tenure at Chevron and scaling product platforms in esports and consultancy roles. Comfortable across C#, .NET, PHP, JavaScript frameworks and Power BI, he blends hands-on engineering with strategic system design to shepherd software from ideation to mature legacy. A lifelong maker who also builds games, music and art, he treats engineering as a creative craft and continually adopts newer practices and technologies. Based in Kitchener, Ontario, he pairs practical delivery with mentoring distributed teams and advising on critical architectural decisions. Victor’s background in electronic and computer engineering plus an applied network infrastructure credential give him a rare mix of hardware-aware systems thinking and modern cloud/software expertise.
