Senior🎓
Top SchoolVictor Pavlenko is a Lead Front End engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building SPA architectures and responsive, SEO-friendly interfaces using the modern JavaScript ecosystem. He specializes in React and related tooling (Redux, GraphQL, Storybook, Next/Gatsby patterns), but is fluent across frameworks like Vue and React Native and in styling systems from BEM to styled-components. Victor has repeatedly led migrations from legacy Angular apps to React, owned end-to-end frontend delivery for startups and fintech/AI/Web3 products, and has managed small engineering teams while shipping cross-browser, mobile-first experiences. Based in Warsaw, he pairs strong UI/UX sensibilities with practical engineering discipline—automated tests, linting, and build pipelines—to keep projects maintainable and secure. An unusual background note: his formal education lists a specialized military-related degree, underscoring a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to engineering and product delivery.
