Top SchoolVictor Pinheiro is a Senior Software Engineer based in Brazil with a decade of hands-on IT experience and seven years focused on software development and architecture. At Grupo Energisa he leads technical design for ADMS integrations, designing .NET microservices with hybrid Oracle/MongoDB strategies, Kafka-based asynchronous communication, and Docker containerization. He has a strong background migrating legacy PowerBuilder systems to modern architectures, executing zero-downtime database consolidations across multiple corporate units. Victor combines mentoring and code review with pragmatic system design, having moved from help-desk and server administration to technical leadership—an unusual path that gives him deep operational empathy. He holds a postgraduate degree in .NET Systems Architecture and a practical history of performance-focused work in clinical imaging and industrial automation projects.
