Top SchoolVictor Welling is a seasoned software engineer turned entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building scalable web platforms and leading technical teams. After a long career at Coolblue where he progressed from front-end developer to Principal Developer and Technical Pathfinder, he served as CTO at AssistYou Group before founding Habitec to bring smart home integrations into the built environment. He blends hands-on engineering, architecture and team coaching with practical product sense—reducing technical debt, driving automation and translating complex systems into reliable, user-friendly experiences. At Habitec he applies that same rigour to integrate alarms, pools and building systems so homeowners “don’t notice the tech, only the results.” Based in North Brabant, Victor pairs software craftsmanship with construction-industry collaboration, working directly with architects and installers to make smart homes robust and intuitive.
