Summary
🤩
RockstarVictor Yampolsky is a versatile Dev/DevOps engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native systems, CI/CD pipelines, and secure networking for product teams. Currently the sole DevOps practitioner at a NASDAQ-listed startup, he manages Azure estates, containerization with Docker, Jenkins pipelines, and observability with Grafana while also contributing backend and scripting work across Node.js, .NET, and T-SQL. His background spans full-stack development, technical leadership, and teaching, giving him a pragmatic view of developer experience, platform reliability, and mentorship. He has repeatedly modernized stacks—migrating legacy .NET apps to .NET Core and Angular and deploying workloads on Kubernetes and cloud services—demonstrating an affinity for practical architecture shifts that reduce operational friction. Based in Israel, he pairs formal industrial engineering training with continual self-directed CS study (including Stanford’s ML course), reflecting a blend of systems thinking and curiosity about data-driven solutions.
