Top SchoolVictor Zagorski is a backend team lead with 16 years of experience building scalable, high-performance web systems across aerospace, energy, and ISP domains. He brings deep low-level and server-side expertise—C/C++, x86 assembly, Ruby on Rails and Java—combined with hands-on Linux administration, automated deployment and production tuning using PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached and NGINX. Victor has led engineering efforts at small ambitious companies, shipping complex document management and e-commerce platforms while continually driving refactors and performance improvements. His background in aerospace engineering and early work on industrial and satellite documentation systems gives him a knack for pragmatic, reliability-focused design in safety- and uptime-sensitive environments. Based in Serbia, he favors compact teams where he can both code and mentor, delivering responsive, easily scaled web applications.
