Top SchoolVictorio Molina is a hands-on engineering leader and founder serving as CEO & CTO at Crush, blending six years of professional experience with a coder’s mindset that started at age 15. By 20 he built a fully functional app of 136,604 lines of code that surpassed 70k downloads, an early demonstration of product focus and execution at scale. Based in Spain, he combines product ownership with deep implementation chops and an ambitious roadmap to rebuild and scale his app toward 100M users. Known for a playful creative streak—evident in his unconventional GitHub bio and self-described “classic developer, memes” background—he brings unconventional thinking to product and engineering problems.
