SeniorVidar Flesjø is a systems developer based in Oslo with 12 years of experience building and automating complex business processes, currently focused on test-driven .NET development for bond lifecycle management. He blends a practical engineering background (B.E. in Computer Engineering) with strong client-facing skills from years implementing purchase-to-pay and ERP integrations, so he translates domain needs into maintainable, auditable software. Vidar favors agile practices, code review culture and continuous learning, and brings disciplined delivery shaped in part by earlier service in international peacekeeping. Comfortable across integration, workflow customization and backend systems, he seeks to reduce manual complexity through automation and robust testing. Colleagues describe him as collaborative and steady under pressure, with a knack for clarifying requirements that others might miss.
