Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolViktor Ferenczi is an experienced AI/ML engineer and senior software developer with over three decades of industry experience and a proven track record delivering both modern greenfield systems and stabilizing legacy codebases. Based in Stockholm, he blends deep systems-level expertise in Python, C#, C/C++, SQL and Linux with recent work productizing generative AI inside a major retailer and contributing to open-source ORM tooling. His background spans transport fare systems, network emulation for Microsoft Teams, telemetry pipelines at Skype, and a founder’s stint building tax-forecasting SaaS—demonstrating versatility across domains from gaming to medical design. Comfortable leading small distributed teams and working 100% remotely, he has a knack for refactoring monoliths into resilient microservices and integrating LLMs into production workflows. Notably, his low-level optimization experience (including assembly work early in his career) informs pragmatic, performance-conscious engineering even in high-level ML projects.
