Senior🎓
Top SchoolViktor Sarström is a seasoned technology leader and hands-on architect based in Gothenburg, Sweden, who blends 20+ years of experience in architecture, AI/data systems and full-stack development with an entrepreneurial background. Currently Head of Architecture at Quartr and founder-type operator behind several ventures, he specializes in building scalable, incentive-driven and autonomous engineering systems while still writing production code. His career spans founding exits, leading a 60+ developer collective acquired by AFRY, and contributing to open-source civic projects like Öppna skolplattformen. Viktor is as comfortable sculpting "digital cathedrals" and developer teams as he is solving low-level system problems, bringing both strategic vision and pragmatic delivery. Colleagues describe him as a leader who intentionally codifies incentives and autonomy into engineering culture—an approach that turned boutique consults into lasting platforms.
