Top SchoolViktor Vorona is a FullStack Staff Software Engineer based in Switzerland with nine years of experience building robust frontend systems and complementary backend foundations. He has led teams and technical initiatives at companies like Sonar and Sberbank, shaping architecture, developer tooling, and cross-functional processes to improve velocity and code health. His hands-on work spans React/TypeScript, Angular, state management, microfrontends (module-federation), and e2e testing, with a pragmatic, technology-agnostic approach to problem solving. Viktor combines deep UI expertise—building complex, real-time dashboards and developer-facing tools—with a knack for hiring and mentoring engineers. He prioritizes understanding the problem over picking trendy stacks, which has driven measurable improvements in maintainability and developer experience.
