Senior🎓
Top SchoolVinay Gupta is a software engineer with 11 years of experience building high-performance systems across video games, embedded/telecom stacks, and developer tooling. He has shipped core 5G L1 features in C++ at Qualcomm, drove automation and productivity gains with Python/WPF/Jenkins, and now contributes to game-engine work at Iron Galaxy Studios. Vinay pairs low-level optimization skills (struct packing, static allocators, SIMD) with product-oriented program management—he led a cross-functional metrics dashboard at Google that cut support toil by 30%. He has a Master’s from USC and a history of scaling team impact through tooling and onboarding improvements that doubled productivity in past roles. Colleagues value his knack for debugging complex race conditions and translating operational pain points into widely adopted automation. He’s based in the Greater Chicago area and brings a pragmatic blend of systems engineering and stakeholder-driven delivery.
