Vincent Masselis
Android Senior Developer Et Software Architect En Freelance at Decathlon France
Greater Lille Metropolitan Area France
Summary
👤
SeniorVincent Masselis is an Android senior developer and freelance software architect with 11 years of experience building high-availability mobile platforms and SDKs, primarily for Decathlon and other enterprise clients. He specializes in clean architecture, multi-module Kotlin codebases, and CI/CD automation, having restructured large monolithic apps into team-owned modules to speed builds and standardize testing and IOC. His work spans deep technical challenges—authentication robustness, NFC payments, low-level Bluetooth/RFID integration, and R8 obfuscation control—paired with pragmatic tooling like custom Gradle plugins, Bitrise/GitHub Actions, and Google Artifact Registry. Vincent also mentors teams, authors SDKs for constrained environments, and designs memory-efficient mobile components, often replacing heavy libraries with minimal native implementations. Based in Greater Lille, he combines hands-on engineering with architectural vision to deliver resilient, production-grade mobile systems used in real-world, high-stakes retail contexts.
