Top SchoolVincent Pisano is a data scientist based in Boston with eight years of experience at the intersection of clinical trials, CNS/psychiatry drug development, and healthcare product analytics. He combines domain expertise in addiction medicine and multi-site clinical study operations with practical skills in machine learning, NLP (including BERT for PHI masking), and scalable data infrastructure. Vincent has built validated pipelines for CDISC-compliant SDTM/ADaM generation, led claims-based physician modeling at scale, and launched production search and analytics systems supporting clinical and commercial teams. Comfortable moving between research, regulatory-facing clinical data work, and product-driven engineering, he brings a rare blend of bench-to-deployment experience rooted in biology (BS) and machine learning (MS). An understated strength is his track record of turning complex clinical requirements into automated, auditable data workflows that accelerate decision-making.
