Top SchoolVincenzo Ampolo is a seasoned technology leader and hands-on CTO with 16 years of experience building and scaling web and product engineering teams from San Francisco. He has led front-end and full-stack transformations—migrating legacy Rails apps to microservices (Node.js, Python, Go), introducing Docker and GraphQL, and shipping revenue-driving products at Quid and Sirona Medical. At OddsJam he combines strategic vision with day-to-day technical execution, still diving into implementation while managing engineering orgs. His background spans startups and consulting across Europe and the U.S., grounded in a Master’s in Systems and Software Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Colleagues know him for motivating teams around a clear future and for documenting pragmatic architecture moves, including a published write-up on splitting monoliths.
