Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolVinothini Dharmaraj is a Lead Software Engineer with a decade of experience building and maintaining web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, and frontend technologies like Ember.js. Based in Bellevue, WA, she has spent much of her career at Microsoft working on high-profile consumer experiences including the Microsoft Store, Xbox account and social features, and content ingestion pipelines for MSN. She combines deep backend expertise in data pipelines and CMS integrations with hands-on UI work—having helped deliver features that increased user engagement on apps and gaming customization pages. Prior to Microsoft she developed e-commerce and hotel management systems, implementing payment gateways, SSIS automation, and reporting solutions that improved operational responsiveness. Now leading engineering at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, she blends production-hardened practices from large-scale product teams with the pragmatism of earlier startup-like engineering roles. A detail-oriented problem solver, she often surfaces backend optimizations that directly improve frontend experience and user engagement.
