Senior🎓
Top SchoolVinti M is a seasoned technologist and operator with 14 years of experience building full‑stack web applications and scaling product teams as a co-founder and COO. She blends hands‑on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Java, CI/CD and cloud deployments with a strong background in SDLC, TDD and agile practices gained at companies like Juniper Networks. As an entrepreneur she has launched two consumer-facing ventures—TopMunch (subscription commerce with international logistics) and EnthuZiastic (community-driven collaboration and job creation)—demonstrating product instincts beyond pure engineering. Her early career in mechanical and automotive project roles and aerospace research gives her uncommon domain breadth and a systems-oriented problem‑solving approach. Based in Milpitas, CA, she enjoys pair programming, mentoring engineers, and obsessively learning new technologies to build web products that aim to help people at scale. Colleagues describe her as an energetic self-starter who moves fluidly between code, operations, and customer-focused strategy.
