Top SchoolVishal J is a veteran technology leader and entrepreneur with 13 years of experience building developer and cloud-facing products, currently co-founding and leading Joy, an AI-native operating system for wedding planning. He previously drove product strategy and UX for key Microsoft web and cloud platforms including Azure, Visual Studio, and ASP.NET, and led efforts that unified Azure's API surface and PaaS experiences. Comfortable spanning engineering, product, and go-to-market, he has a track record of shipping large web platforms, developer tools, and certification programs while speaking globally at major conferences. Early in his career he architected enterprise systems for insurance and led .NET practice growth and large migrations, reflecting deep expertise in Microsoft stack technologies. Based in Seattle and trained as an electrical engineer at NIT Rourkela, he combines startup grit with enterprise-scale engineering rigor. A less obvious strength is his history of community-building—co-founding an influential .NET user group and earning one of India's first Microsoft MVP recognitions—showing he nurtures ecosystems as well as products.
