Senior🎓
Top SchoolVitalii Lebedynskyi is a pragmatic technology leader with 12 years of software engineering experience and a decade focused on mobile, desktop and server applications. As a Team Lead at EPAM he guides small cross-functional teams, owns technical decisions and helps customers with planning, estimations and proofs-of-concept while keeping development processes pragmatic and efficient. He brings deep hands-on expertise in Android (MVP/MVVM/MVI, Jetpack, Compose, NDK), Java server-side sockets and WebSockets, Python (Flask, OpenCV) and Unity game physics, plus practical experience integrating OAuth, Firebase and multiple social APIs. Vitalii pairs low-level skills (multithreading, native libraries, custom providers) with higher-level architecture and team coaching, and often prototypes solutions both with and without third-party libraries. Based in Poznan, he combines an engineering master’s background with broad dev-tool fluency across Linux, macOS and Windows, and a habit of simplifying complex systems to make them easier to deliver.
