Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolVitalii Rizo is an engineering and operations leader based in Berlin with over a decade of B2B SaaS experience and nine years in hands-on product engineering and team leadership. He currently leads Brevo Conversations, owning product and technical roadmaps for a real-time messaging platform that spans chat, bots, email, WhatsApp and social channels, while managing a compact, high-performing team with one meeting per sprint. Known for bridging engineers, PMs and designers, he emphasizes practical problem-solving, clear requirements, and future-proof architecture over trivia-driven technical assessments. His background includes founding and exiting a service business, leading front-end reliability initiatives with 95% test coverage, and integrating acquired products post-merger—demonstrating both entrepreneurial grit and operational rigor. Outside work he balances engineering with a human side (and a soft spot for dogs), reflecting an unusually pragmatic, people-first approach to scaling product teams.
