Senior🎓
Top SchoolVitaliy Tsvayer is a seasoned Software Architect and Tech Lead with 14 years of experience designing and modernizing high-throughput backend systems across .NET, Java, Python, and full TypeScript stacks. He specializes in migrating and refactoring legacy platforms into scalable, containerized architectures—examples include moving a monolithic .NET 4.6 app to .NET Core on a 20-node Docker Swarm and converting a 20-year Firebird database to PostgreSQL in weeks. His work blends deep performance optimization (rewriting hot-path algorithms to cut RAM usage from hundreds of GB to single digits) with pragmatic CI/CD, observability, and deployment practices on OpenShift and AWS. Vitaliy has built distributed processing and ETL platforms, manufacturing process control backends, and flight booking gateways, balancing operational simplicity with fault tolerance. Based in Turkey, he combines hands-on coding and system-level thinking with team leadership and long-term maintainability focus. An understated strength is his knack for uncovering hidden business logic bugs during platform modernizations, turning risky legacy behavior into predictable, debuggable systems.
