Senior🎓
Top SchoolVitaly Sushilov is a Senior Backend Engineer with 9 years of focused experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for analytics and real-time sports data. He has strong roots in .NET and databases (Oracle, MSSQL) and has driven migrations to scalable platforms—rewriting services in Scala and moving monoliths to Kafka-backed microservices. At Contentsquare and ClickTale he engineered pipelines processing hundreds of thousands of events per second and led cross-border teams; at LSports he further improved CI speed and automated test coverage to practically eliminate regression risk. Known for combining deep database expertise with pragmatic operational tooling, he also builds observability and AI-assisted testing to close the loop between development and production. Based in Israel, he blends legacy enterprise experience (FRACAS systems, ERP integration) with modern cloud-native practices, making him adept at evolving long-lived platforms without sacrificing reliability.
