Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolVivek Dhayalan is an engineering director and founder with over a decade of experience designing and delivering cloud-native, microservices-driven applications across security, media, and enterprise software domains. He blends hands-on architecture and performance engineering—having optimized load testing, dynamic AWS test infrastructure, and production tooling at Symantec—with product and startup leadership from founding TechConative to directing engineering at SymphonyAI. Comfortable across JVM and JavaScript stacks, containerization, messaging (AMQP), NoSQL, and observability, he has repeatedly built pragmatic integrations like SSO with Keycloak and migrated critical systems to more queryable stores such as Cassandra. An IIT‑Madras alumnus with an EMBA and an M.Tech in Cyber Security, he pairs technical depth with business acumen and a penchant for cost-saving engineering decisions that reveal bottlenecks and reduce vendor dependency.
