Top SchoolVivien Zhang is a UX Design Lead with 11 years of experience currently shaping the Multi-Vehicle Supervision System for autonomous aircraft at Wisk. She leads end-to-end design—creating roadmaps, prototypes, and validated UI solutions while coordinating engineers, human factors experts, test pilots, and developers to meet regulatory and operational requirements. Her dual background in Human-Computer Interaction and Business (BS, BA) plus an MS in Integrated Design and Business Innovation gives her a rare blend of user-centered design rigor and product strategy. Vivien is comfortable in ambiguous, safety-critical domains and leverages rapid prototyping and mixed-methods user testing to reduce operator workload. Outside of aviation UX she channels creativity into floristry and baking, a hands-on habit that surfaces in her tactile approach to visual and interaction design.
