Senior🎓
Top SchoolVlad Bakhteev is a founder and full-stack + ML engineer with 8 years of hands-on experience building production ML systems and end-to-end web applications from 0-to-1. He’s led product and engineering work at startups and scale teams—shipping CV and speech models at Intropy and Tinkoff, improving translation systems at Lengoo, and building QA tooling at Cresta and Inspecter.ai where he also closed enterprise PoCs. Currently stealth-building a company tackling Europe’s skilled worker shortage, he’s looking for a co-founder with sales/ops chops to complement his technical and go-to-market experience. Vlad combines practical ML deployment skills with direct customer-facing sales and demo experience, a blend that helped early products reach revenue and enterprise traction. Based in Berlin and trained at Innopolis University, he thrives on moving prototypes into production and pivoting quickly when market signals demand it.
