Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolVlad Chernyshov is a serial founder and CEO with nine years of startup leadership focused on conversational AI and developer-first platforms. As co-founder and CEO of Dasha, he leads the push to make human-machine communication natural and accessible, aiming ultimately toward AGI while helping teams embed realistic voice and text conversations into products in hours. He previously co-founded Dedal and led Genome, bringing repeated operator experience in building marketplaces and consumer-facing ventures. Based in the New York metro area and holding a Master's in Computer Science from NSTU, he recruits globally and obsessively raises the bar for customer-focused, high-performing remote teams. An unusual detail: he frames hiring decisions as “hell yes or no,” signaling a strong bias for conviction-driven hires that scale ambitious AI efforts.
