Top SchoolVlad Dudov is a results-driven Team Lead and senior .NET engineer with a decade of experience delivering backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and performance-minded architectures across fintech, maritime, and cloud-communications domains. Currently leading engineering efforts at Tinkoff in Amsterdam, he combines hands-on development with Agile coaching—previously accelerating releases from quarters to weeks and slashing regression times while serving as Scrum Master at Wärtsilä Voyage. His track record includes migrating monoliths to microservices, building observability and health-monitoring systems, and automating pipelines and testing suites (Azure, Service Fabric, NUnit, SonarQube, Jenkins). Comfortable both architecting systems and writing production code, he brings strong SQL, messaging (RabbitMQ/MassTransit), and cloud experience together with a master’s in Applied Mathematics. Notably, he pairs process improvement with practical tooling—reducing scrum overhead while enabling teams to maintain a multi-sprint refined backlog and clearer product vision.
