Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolVlad Vinogradov is a co-founder and CTO with 11 years of experience building deep learning and computer vision systems, now leading AI research to develop foundational models for early-stage drug discovery in San Francisco. He combines a strong research background (Master’s in Data Science) with hands-on engineering leadership, having led teams of up to 10 engineers and shipped production systems for image retrieval, biometric face systems, and large-scale inference platforms. Vlad’s career spans applied R&D at Beiersdorf to founding startups—most notably EORA’s open-source TorchOk training pipeline and VisionHub inference service—and a prior focus on trust & safety that produced a best-in-class NFT copymint detection system for OpenSea. He is skeptical of conventional virtual screening evaluation protocols and intentionally borrows rigor from computer vision and NLP to mine higher-quality data for biotech problems. Known as a mentor and pragmatic CTO, he balances fast iteration with reproducible tooling and has repeatedly turned research prototypes into scalable products.
