Senior🎓
Top SchoolVladimir Belousov is a Senior Software Engineer based in the Tel-Aviv District with four years of focused experience building and operating cloud and hybrid infrastructure for enterprise-scale customers. He has driven measurable results—cutting AOSP build and deployment time by 70% and reducing cloud costs by 30%—through automation, CI/CD and infrastructure re-architecture. At Red Hat he continues to apply that hands-on DevOps expertise, while earlier roles saw him design and optimize Microsoft enterprise environments supporting tens of thousands of users and hundreds of domain controllers. Vladimir blends systems-level rigor (AD, SCCM, Exchange) with modern cloud-native tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GCP/AWS) and has led teams to simplify complex operational ecosystems. He favors practical, efficiency-first solutions that scale and are auditable, and often roots improvements in automation and measurable KPIs. His background in economics gives him a pragmatic, cost-aware perspective on technical trade-offs.
