Top SchoolVladimir Ionita is a Lead iOS Developer with 10+ years of hands‑on experience building polished mobile apps and leading engineering teams, currently driving iOS work for Medtronic from Las Vegas. He excels at crafting delightful UIs, automating release pipelines, and improving code quality—having increased test coverage and reduced build times on large projects. Vladimir combines startup grit with enterprise discipline, having founded apps and companies in Moldova and London while also improving processes at banks and healthcare clients. He’s comfortable across the stack—Swift/Objective‑C frontends, backend services (Django, Rails, Laravel), CI/CD (Jenkins, Fastlane) and cloud tooling—and often learns new tech on the job to solve gaps. Known for shipping rapid prototypes under tight deadlines (including a live‑streaming product and multiple App Store releases), he also contributes developer tooling like a widely used Sketch plugin and other automation that boosted team productivity. Travel, experimentation, and a lifelong drive to turn ideas into shipped products keep him focused on raising engineering bar and product impact.
