Top SchoolVladimir Parfenov is a Senior Engineering Manager with 11 years of experience leading Android and cloud-focused engineering teams, currently driving architecture, delivery, and people development at Malwarebytes from Tallinn. He excels at entering new domains, building independent teams, and measuring success by the growth of the least experienced engineer, blending hands-on technical leadership with strong cross-functional communication. His background spans product-focused roles at consumer and security companies (True, Aviasales) where he improved release velocity, CI/CD and product analytics ownership. Comfortable making architectural decisions while mentoring engineers, he seeks deeper hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps. Notably, he pairs a practical Android engineering pedigree and teaching experience with proven capability to scale teams and processes in fast-moving environments.
