👤
SeniorVladislav Gruchik is a Senior Backend Engineer based in Amsterdam with 11 years of experience architecting and delivering high-throughput, production-grade systems. He has a strong track record of designing scalable event-driven architectures, CD/CI improvements, and observability tooling—having built libraries and platforms adopted across dozens of systems. At MTS he led teams, mentored engineers, and delivered systems handling up to 10k rps including Change Data Capture pipelines and a no-code business automation platform that cut time-to-market from months to days. Currently at Stream, he continues to focus on backend reliability and automation, pairing deep systems thinking with a pragmatic drive to improve engineering productivity. An understated strength is his ability to convert operational pain points into reusable libraries and platform components that raise quality across organizations.
