Senior Backend Developer
Tbilisi, Georgia
Summary
👤
SeniorVladyslav Alatortsev is a Senior Backend Developer with 8 years of experience building and optimizing high-load web systems using Go and PHP, often working across teams of 2–20 both remotely and on-site. He has end-to-end delivery experience—from requirements and CI/CD to testing, deployment, and production monitoring—and a year of formal team-leading responsibility. His track record includes measurable reliability and performance gains (e.g., raising reservation success to 99.95%, halving DB failures, and speeding key APIs by up to 2.5×). He designs and implements microservices and operational tooling, and is comfortable with terabyte-scale databases, Redis, RabbitMQ, and containerized deployments. Outside work he develops a C++ game, a hobby that reflects his low-level systems interest and continuous curiosity about performance and architecture. Based in Tbilisi and holding a degree in Information Technology from MIET, he brings pragmatic optimization instincts to mission-critical backend systems.
