👤
SeniorVot Z is a DevOps Engineer with 11+ years of experience building reliable, observable infrastructure and developer workflows across publishing and research platforms. Currently at Odro, he manages Kubernetes clusters, CI pipelines and AWS-hosted Linux servers to improve site reliability and deployment velocity. Previously he led platform and frontend teams at Cambridge University Press and contributed to large projects like Cambridge Core and ProQuest Search, blending hands-on engineering with team leadership. A prolific open-source maintainer, he authors practical tools such as ffbinaries and xkpasswd that solve real-world problems and streamline cross-platform work. Equally comfortable writing JavaScript and Go, he prefers pragmatic solutions that incrementally improve systems and developer experience. Based in the Greater Cambridge area, he rewires his home network and experiments with distros in his spare time, reflecting a restless focus on tooling and infrastructure.
